361-32 Installation and Site Preparation: Allied Modular Building Systems, Inc. will offer as a special service when the project size and timetable warrant such purchase.

Installation and site preparation services can be subcontracted by a contractor. However subcontractors must be licenced, bonded and abide by all state and local codes and insuring all work is completed per manufacturers standard instructions for warranty to apply. All Contractors shall accept full responsibility and liability for all work performed by any and all subcontractors. Agencies Shall negotiate construction on a case by case basis which shall be priced as a separate line item. All orders must be submitted to the prime contractor. All workmanship must be guaranteed to be free of any defects in workmanship and materials. All construction clauses must comply with all Davis-Bacon regulations. Orders for installation and site preparation can only be in conjunction with orders enclosures on this federal supply schedule.
