Step 1 - Design
We offer several types of wall
systems to suit almost any need. Please review the product
selector guide to determine the product that you would like us
to quote. We have provided a graph planning worksheet graph
planning worksheet to help you design your building. Fill it out
completely and fax it to our office. If you need help designing your
project, our design staff will be more than happy to assist you. |

Step 2 - Quote
Once we receive all of the
necessary information, we will quote your project, usually within
24 hours. Some specialty item(s) may require a longer period of time
to get a price quote. |

Step 3 - Placing and Order We
want to make placing and order as easy as possible. Initially, we
will need a Purchase Order to begin approval drawings. We will also
need the following information prior to producing your order.
Along with the signed approval drawing we will need:
- Correct "Ship To" address.
- Terms and conditions signed and dated.
- Color choice.
- Signed release (only if we are to manufacture
prior to receiving a permit).
- If we are permitting the structure we need the
permitting structure form filled out.
The option of having the materials fabricated and installed prior
to obtaining a building permit, will require a signed material
release form.
We will only provide California engineered stamped calculations
and drawings.
Our engineering department will require additional paperwork to
complete the permit package.

Step 4 - Checking the Status of Your Order
Our normal lead time is 3-4
weeks. Rush orders are available at an additional charge, please contact
the office for more information. We track your order on a daily basis
on a computerized streamlined tracking system. Feel free to call our
inside representative to check the status. We will need your dealer
name and our Job No. if handy (it can be found on the approval drawing).

Step 5 - Shipping
You will be contacted when
your order is completed. If we handle the freight, we will make sure
your order gets there safely and on-time. We always ship additional
materials in case of freight damage. However, if there is any damaged
materials when you receive the freight, please contact us and let
us know immediately so we can ship any replacement components if necessary.

Step 6 - Installation
If your order includes our
installation service, our installation manager will contact you to
schedule an installation date. This contact can be made at least 2
weeks prior to the installation so we can schedule any travel arrangements
that may be necessary. |

Last Step - Approving Our Work
Our installation crew will
show your customer all the features of their new investment. We will
provide all warranty information and if appropriate, our crew will
ask for a letter of reference. Last but not least, we will make sure
that our jobsite is left safe and clean. |
