Allied Modular Meets Current 2008 NEC Guidelines

Allied Modular announced today that it has received an upgrade to their UL classification. Manufacturing plants located in California and also outside Nashville, Tennessee have both been certified to meet the current NEC 2008 guidelines.

The 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) contains industry-driven changes that redefine electrical safety for building a product component.

Allied Modular has been the industry leader in providing code compliant parts and products in their industry. Currently they are the only one with such approvals.

Most of Allied Modular's competitors use marketing terms like “We provide all UL approved components” in their marketing to deter the customer from questioning their approval ratings. Of course an outlet or a light switch is approved by itself however it is not approved when you install it without following stringent guidelines.
